Soilmec India was established in September 2006 in Mumbai with the aim to set up a stronger and direct presence of Soilmec Italy in the booming Indian market. January 24th, 2007 Soilmec Foundation Equipments Private Ltd got its certificate of incorporation as a trading and manufacturing company.The 20 units sold in the past 8 months and a portfolio of more than 12 rigs to be delivered in the next two months testifies the success that Soilmec brand enjoys in India and Soilmec the reliability of its products.
Due to its large experience as manufacturer and thanks to its renowned technological expertise Soilmec is also enlisted as observer invitee in the Pile Foundation Sub Committee Bureau of India Government.
On May 11th, Soilmec India held the official Opening Cerimony at the Grand Hyatt, Ball Room III, in Mumbai. This event was attended by a large delegation from Italy, including Soilmec S.p.A. Managing Director Mr. Simone Trevisani, and by the most representative contractors from India, Far East and Middle East.
