SOILMEC INTEGRATES IPC SPA

Cesena, January 2012. We are pleased to announce the integration of IPC Spa, a company which has been involved in the field of foundation equipment for over 30 years, inside Soilmec group.

The company acquisition, in terms of people and products, was completed in January 2012.

Over the past few years IPC developed a line of highly technologically products, capable of meeting the market requirements: in particular, we mention drill rigs for micropiles, tie rods and jet grouting of small and medium size, accessories and complete and modular grouting units as well as a very renowned range of bentonite self-priming pumps.

By means of this takeover, Soilmec widens its already wide range of equipment and accessories for the execution of foundation works with products whose technology is already well consolidated and acknowledged on the international market. IPC customers will consequently avail themselves of the experience provided by the Trevi Group, a worldwide leader in this sector, thanks to its up-to-date technologies for the making of equipment and  following employment.
