SR-45 ADV rotary head, smart and strong

The SR-45 ADV belongs to the new blue series of Soilmec piling rigs, characterized by an innovative design set on the minimization of weight and rapidity of maintenance together with high torque performance. The rotary has been built with a lightened design, under 3 tons weight complete with cradle, and sized guaranteeing lower force losses in extraction and less obstruction on site. The rotary is equipped with hydraulic motor with axial pistons. Speed is automatically adjusted on the basis of soil resistance. Three rotation speed ranges ensure high productivity rates regardless of the soil drilled and an automatic speed system set on the soil resistance adjusting the drilling rotation. A spin-off speed is envisaged for removing cuttings. A conduit greasing system allows to inject the lubricating grease directly between sliding guide and mast reducing wear of the parts. In addiction, thanks to the “wing” design of the sliding guide, it is possible to replace the pads without removing the rotary from mast. The drive ribs can be replaced without removing kelly bar from sleeve and their special geometry allows to be reversible and can be rotated 180° and reused doubling its useful life.
