SC-135 Tiger on the Grand Paris: a great machine for a giant project

The French company SEFI-INTRAFOR (Fayat Group) has just started to realize foundation works for the construction of the new metro station of Saint-Denis Pleyel, included in the first lot of the future 16 Line of the Grand Paris Express.

This project gives to SEFI-INTRAFOR the chance to launch its Soilmec hydromill SC-135 Tiger to excavate diaphragm wall panels of 1.8 m thickness (a never experienced dimension) and 55 m depth. 

After two years in the job sites around the world, today the SC-135 Tiger is well-known as a blend of performances and technological solutions, that ensure customers have a powerful and reliable machine at the same time.

Advanced protections for the hydraulic system against contaminations, chance to perform T-panel with 90° module rotation, high-precision verticality control, data production recording through the DMS Control System, are just some of the advantages provided by this Soilmec hydromill.
