Fully assisted drilling cycles on most technologies
The drilling operation can be fully automatic with no need to use joysticks. Just set the required paramenters and press a button to start.
You can tune parameters in realtime depending on the type of soil for better performance.
Fully assisted treatment or lifting phases
The soil treatment on drilling or lifting phases with concrete can run fully automatically based on setup parameters, and mix/concrete flow
Possibility to read pump strokes with different technologies from basic wired pressure sensor to a wireless solution
Integrated data recording, reporting and cloud based pile planning
DMS records all drilling data, and shares the data directly to the customer or to the DMS-Manager cloud platform.
Also support pile-planning for automated jobsite pre-loading of all piles parameters for much easier and error-free data input.
Turret swing control with software left-right limits, and return to center-hole
Allows to realign automatically the turret to the center-hole after spoil discharge , or limit left right movements
Auto Rotary
Set the speed and activate rotary with just pressing a button, no need to use the joystick
Kelly locking point visualization
Instruction and indication on the onboard display for the Kelly locking position, for faster operation
Anti-slack
A system that a void the rope slackening in order to keep the kelly swivel and the rope work on the best condition
Spinoff
Double system for spoil discharge (continuous or start-stop)
Cruise control on main winch
Like car driving assistance, during a lifting or lowering operation, press a button to keep the speed and release the joystick, for a more relaxed work. The system will stop automatically when reach the target position
CFA auger ext. locking visualization
When using auger extension, a visualization of the right locking point for pull-up/back phase
Automatic mast verticality
By just pressing a button, the mast will be aligned to vertical position
Smart rotary displacement regulation
A soilmec proprietary algorythm to set the rotary for the optimal performance for torque or speed
Hydromill verticality measurement
3-axial system for measuring the hydromill deviation during drilling.
