DME – Drilling Mate Experience Rig Simulator

Training courses with the brand new DME simulator enhance technical skills of participants and hands-on experience in Kelly and CFA drilling through the use of VR technology. DME allows operators and tech personnel to gain knowledge of the Soilmec rigs behaviour and related drilling and equipment handling processes before facing real-world situations.

DME features a 3 degree of freedom (3DOF) motion system, as well as superior jobsite graphics and animation with best sound effects for a complete “on-board” experience.

DMS – Drilling Mate System Product Suite

DMS PRODUCT SUITE is an integrated solution embracing smart technology to optimise the use of machinery and increase efficiency on job sites. Soilmec DMS helps to gain unique insights into ground engineering and piling business by collecting, analysing and managing the most relevant information from the drilling equipment. The system is intended to support construction companies in daily operations and business processes by improving decision making and leveraging the potential of data analytics.

SMART SENSOR – Smart Maintenance

At Bauma 2025, we are excited to present our latest advancements in smart maintenance solutions, featuring the Hydraulic Oil Condition Sensor and Intelligent Battery Sensor. These innovative technologies are designed to optimize machine uptime and reduce maintenance costs. The Intelligent Battery Sensor continuously monitors key battery parameters such as current, voltage, and temperature, providing early warnings of potential issues and extending battery life. Meanwhile, the Hydraulic Oil Condition Sensor performs continuous analysis of chemical parameters, detecting deviations and contamination to ensure timely maintenance and reduce environmental impact. Enhance safety with our J-EYE Camera, the Soilmec AI camera system! Soilmec field-tested AI cameras, equipped with active proximity detection, are specifically designed to mitigate risks for drilling rig operators. With a total of 6 camera and 3 pre-set detection zones, you can easily identify and address potential safety hazards without compromising productivity.

All is integrated with the DMS onboard for an easy management and prompt notification to the operator.
